Crystal Roach is a mental health professional who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. As a marriage and family therapist intern, I believe no one person is the problem, and I prefer to focus on the relationships and interactions of the whole family system. Instead of trying to change the “problem person,” I want to focus on changing communication and behaviors to impact and improve the entire family unit. I am passionate about helping all those who seek therapy. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, abuse, suicide, and self-harm.  

 

The decision to seek therapy can be an emotional rollercoaster, but as a therapist, it is my job to walk beside my clients and guide them to be their best and get the most out of their lives and relationships.
