I am a licensed professional counselor-associate (LPC-A), born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I love to empower and ignite change in youth and adults by helping them develop the tools they need to be
successful in social and personal relationships. When I am not with my family, I love spending time in nature, listening to music, crafting, Netflix-ing, and getting lost in a good book.

 

I completed my undergraduate degree at Southern University in Rehabilitation Psychology and have always had a passion for helping others deal with life challenges. After graduating I worked in the
social science field for two years before finding my way into education. I taught elementary school for 15 years before becoming a school counselor. Twelve years later I have found myself going back to my first love wanting to help and advocate for others.

I obtained my LPC-A so that I can collaborate with youth, families, and other care providers to help people maximize their quality of life. I look forward to helping you make your outside, match your inside!
